How can you tell me to not give in
This is not about giving up
This is not about not giving in
There are things worth fighting for you
And this isn’t it
I know I’ve never stood up for myself
And I’ve been called a fake dramatist instead
But why is there no room for me to be the way that I am
Why can’t I be real?
Why can’t I turn my other cheek to these little things that don’t matter?
